Our first kitchen distils what we have learned over time: refined, modular furniture made to age well. Designed in Berlin and produced locally in close collaboration with a skilled manufacturer in Brandenburg, ff1 embodies a shared commitment to efficient production, precision engineering, and mono-material construction—in other words, uncompromising attention to detail.
It is built entirely from folded, reflective stainless steel. Each module is defined by a single structural gesture—no cladding, no concealed support. In fact, structure and silhouette are the same. Its surface, on the other hand, responds to light, shadow, and movement, quietly registering everyday life unfolding around it.

We offer a versatile system of modules for flexible configurations across a range of spaces and uses. Our ff1 kitchen can last a lifetime and move between homes. This is how it is effectively more sustainable than a kitchen made from “green” materials that are still made to be replaced.

Our “ff1” kitchen is produced through a mono-material process. Stainless steel sheets are laser-cut, punched, and folded in order to achieved structural integrity and shape its signature silhouette in one and the same operation.
Each module is defined by a single structural gesture—no cladding, no concealed support. In fact, structure and silhouette are the same. Suffice it to say, this lends it a certain distinctiveness.
