You tell us about your space, your routines, and whether you already have a specific configuration in mind. Based on this, we provide an initial drawing alongside a cost estimate. You are always welcome to visit us at the showroom and experience the product first hand.

One of our team members will arrange an appointment in order to take precise measurements and spend time in your space - to understand its proportions, its light and its particular demands. This visit results in a detailed CAD drawing of your kitchen within your space. Where needed we will propose individual solutions where the space requires them. The visit is billed at €250 within Berlin, and €500 elsewhere in Germany (excluding VAT) if you choose to move ahead with the purchase of a ff1 kitchen these charges will be waived.

With the CAD drawing as our shared reference, we work through the remaining decisions together - appliances, worktop, and individual adaptations to the layout of your space. We can also advise on your broader interior and provide complementing furniture. Once every element is specified, we prepare the final quote.

Once you confirmed the quote a down payment of 30% will be due. Once we received payments we will begin with the production planing for your project. When every detail is confirmed by you a second downpayment of another 30% is needed to initiate the production at our manufacturer in Brandenburg. Each kitchen is built on demand - precisely, and without compromise. Lead time is 12 weeks from second payment. If the worktop layout requires on site fitting, it’s fabricated after the modules are installed, to exact fit - and requires up to additional 8 weeks. In this case we will provide a dummy worktop.

We install every kitchen ourself, no subcontractors involved. We consider this part of our work, not an exception to it. The result is a kitchen installed to our standard, and to yours. Please note that at this point in time we do not offer plumbing, gas or electric installation.

Our kitchens are made from high-quality stainless steel sheet, produced locally and finished by hand with precision. Stainless steel is a living material - its distinctive character develops through daily use. Over time it acquires a natural patina: marks of daily life that speak to how the kitchen has been used, not to any loss of quality. We supply every kitchen with a food-safe cleaner and a microfibre cloth and a protective oil coating for an occasional refresh.

Both. Each module is structurally identical - wall-mounted, built in, or freestanding. This is not a configuration choice made once; a module that begins against a wall can later become a freestanding island. The kitchen moves when life does.

The standard configuration is a 5mm stainless steel worktop with an seamlessly integrated sink - materially consistent with the modules, and built to the same meticulous standard. We also offer stone, linoleum, and solid wood options according to your taste and needs. Each has its own character and lead time. We are happy to advise on which makes most sense for your kitchen and how care for it over time.

We work according to your preferences. We do provide recommendations but wherever possible, we are happy to adapt to your input. In some cases, technical constraints may limit what we can integrate, and we will always be clear about this early on in the process. Our aim is to provide you with a kitchen that works the way you intend it to.

Yes. We deliver and install throughout Germany. The site visit fee outside Berlin is €500, credited against your confirmed order. For projects elsewhere in Europe, please get in touch directly - we are building towards that.

Production lead time is 12 weeks from confirmation of the detailed planning stage of the project.

Frequently. ff1 is furniture first. We have placed modules in home studios, utility rooms, bathrooms, and offices. If you have an unconventional brief, we are probably interested in it.

We provide an extended five-year warranty on all cabinet structures, drawers, worktops, and the mechanisms and fittings built into them, because furniture made to last should be supported accordingly. Appliances and supplementary elements - such as taps, accessories, and client-specific additions are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Any repairs or claims relating to these are handled directly through the manufacturer's customer service.
